Appointed: Global Marketing Director



AVANTGARDE, the esteemed global brand experience agency, is gearing up for its 40th Anniversary by fortifying its strategy through the appointment of Kubi Springer as the new Global Marketing Director. 

 

With 12 international offices spanning Munich, London, Shanghai, Berlin, Amsterdam, and Dubai, AVANTGARDE's commitment to being 'one agency with a global creative community' is further solidified with this addition. Entrusted with shaping the brand's global marketing trajectory and spearheading expansions into new territories like Singapore and Riyadh, Kubi's extensive international expertise and deep understanding of AVANTGARDE's ethos since her joining the company in 2022 render her the ideal candidate for this role. 

 

With 26 years of experience in brand marketing, Kubi kickstarted her career in London at MTV, followed by 6 years in New York at Blue Flame (P. Diddy's Marketing Agency), and 8 years in Kuala Lumpur and Singapore, before joining AVANTGARDE Middle East. Throughout her illustrious career, Kubi has collaborated with iconic brands such as Nike, L'Oréal, Facebook, TikTok, Beyoncé, Justin Timberlake, Rio Ferdinand, FENDI, Rolls Royce, and Aston Martin. Her accolades include being nominated for "Best Marketer of the Year" at the Performance Marketing World Awards in 2023 and winning "Global Consultant of the Year 2022" by Consulting Magazine. Additionally, her debut book "I Am My Brand" was nominated for the "Best Marketing Book of the Year" at the British Book Awards in 2020, published under the prestigious Bloomsbury Publishing. 

 

As a board member of the Veuve Clicquot 'Bold Woman Awards' and a graduate from Birkbeck University with a ‘Masters Degree in International Marketing’, Kubi is poised to lead AVANTGARDE in prioritising clients' needs for culturally-relevant global campaigns. Her wealth of knowledge in brand and cultural marketing aligns seamlessly with AVANTGARDE's mission to cater to global accounts comprehensively. With the aim of operating in several markets by 2030, Kubi Springer's appointment as Global Marketing Director signifies a strategic move towards fulfilling AVANTGARDE's ambitious growth plan.
