Kubi secured her first million pound deal as Head of Marketing for the MOBO Awards when she was  just 26 years old.

Since then she has been part of brand deals for a range of high-profile celebrities including Beyonce x L'Oreal, footballer Rio Ferdinand, media mogul Diddy and singer Mariah Carey.

In 2022 she was the exclusive Brand Agent for premiership footballer, Tariq Lamptey as he debuted in the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
