SEX & THE CITY - Movie Launch 

 

BRIEF: To manage the 'Sex & the City' UK movie premier launch party.

 

DELIVERABLES: In 2008 Kubi Springer was brought on to manage the UK movie premier launch party in London, England. Working across the entire events spectrum, Kubi secured celebrity attendance, managed the venue logistics, oversaw the event budget and secured product and strategic partnerships. As part of the party initiative, Kubi developed a strategic alliance with CineWorld cinema and managed the event planning for the private celebrity screening of the movie on the day of the launch, followed by canapés and drinks before the official after party.

 

RESULTS: Partnerships with Jimmy Choo and CineWorld. Celebrities Sarah Jessica Parker and Cynthia Ellen Nixon attended plus coverage from Vogue, Elle, Harpers Bazaar and Stylist.
