With 30 years of global brand marketing experience, Kubi Springer is a recognised authority in cultural strategy, personal branding and commercial growth. She is known for transforming brands into cultural forces; helping them scale globally while remaining locally relevant, influential and commercially powerful.

Beginning her career in 1996, Kubi has delivered strategic campaigns and brand growth initiatives for some of the world’s most iconic consumer and luxury brands, including Nike, L’Oréal Paris, Rolls-Royce, Aston Martin, Adidas, FENDI, Charlotte Tilbury and Louis Vuitton. Her work spans international markets, with time spent working and living in London, New York and now Dubai. 

She has negotiated and led brand partnerships with global figures including Beyoncé, Justin Timberlake and England footballer Rio Ferdinand. At just 26 years old, she secured her first major commercial partnership - generating over £1.2 million for the MOBO Awards, broadcast on the BBC - setting the tone for a career defined by commercial impact.

Kubi’s work has been widely recognised internationally. She was shortlisted for Marketer of the Year by Performance Marketing Weekly and named Global Consultant of the Year by Consulting Magazine. Her book, I Am My Brand: How to Build Your Brand Without Apology (Bloomsbury Publishing), won Best Marketing Book of the Year at the British Book Awards. She is also a former contributing writer for Harper’s Bazaar UK and previously served on the board of the Veuve Clicquot Bold Woman Awards.

In 2021, Kubi relocated to Dubai to take on the role of Global Marketing Director at AVANTGARDE Brand Experience Agency, overseeing marketing strategy across 13 international offices including Singapore, Shanghai, London, Munich, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. In this capacity, she has led high-profile campaigns for global brands entering the Middle Eastern market, alongside major destination marketing initiatives for Abu Dhabi Government Retail Season, Dubai Mall Festival of Fashion and the Global Fashion Awards.

Alongside her executive leadership, Kubi has spent over two decades delivering brand training programmes and keynote speeches for global platforms including Facebook, British Vogue, TikTok, the British Labour Party Conference, the Saudi Events Show, Ghana’s Glitz Magazine Beauty Conference and the Harper’s Bazaar Women’s Summit UK.
