For 30 years, I have helped organisations, brands and leaders build relevance, revenue and influence through the power of brand, culture and commerce.
Since beginning my career in 1996, I have worked with some of the world's most recognised brands, including Nike, L'Oréal Paris, Rolls-Royce, Aston Martin, Adidas, FENDI and Charlotte Tilbury, delivering growth strategies, marketing campaigns and commercial partnerships across Europe, North America, Asia, the Middle East and Africa.
At 26, I secured my first major commercial partnership, generating more than £1.2 million for the MOBO Awards broadcast on the BBC. It set the tone for a career focused on growth, influence and results. Since then, I have negotiated and led partnerships involving global figures including Beyoncé, Justin Timberlake and Rio Ferdinand.
Today, I serve as Head of AUTHORITY at AVANTGARDE Middle East, the agency's strategic communications, brand and growth consultancy. Alongside leading AUTHORITY, I have overseen international marketing initiatives, integrated campaigns, strategic partnerships and executive visibility programmes across multiple markets.
Throughout my time with AVANTGARDE, I have led marketing strategy across 13 international offices spanning Europe, Asia and the Middle East, managed global teams and marketing budgets, secured more than AED 12 million in revenue, and delivered campaigns for luxury, retail, beauty, entertainment and destination brands, including Abu Dhabi Retail Season, Dubai Mall Festival of Fashion and the Global Fashion Awards.
Alongside my executive career, I am an award-winning author, international speaker and trusted advisor to brands, governments and leadership teams. My first book, I AM MY BRAND, has sold more than 100,000 copies worldwide and was shortlisted for Marketing Book of the Year at the British Business Book Awards.
