BRIEF: To work with The Gallagher Group senior management teams to identify brand opportunities.

 

DELIVERABLES: SheBuildsBrands worked across a 6 month brand audit project to identify key challenges and changes within the market. To review the brand strategy and build an execution plan.

 

RESULTS: Re-established brand values, brand mission and brand vision. Internal brand training across key senior team members and development of the companies brand guidelines, social media guidelines and values video.
