Appendix EU is the basis on which an individual can apply for indefinite leave to enter or remain or limited leave to enter or remain in the UK. You can stay in the UK through a medium. The EEA citizen and their family members, and the family members of a qualifying British citizen are allowed under it. The individual will have to file the application properly in accordance with paragraph EU9. He should also meet all the eligibility criteria mentioned under paragraph EU11 or EU12. Appendix EU contains the following things under it.
