I want to express the point of view that the problem starts with school preparation. Today, schools do not teach how to work with text, analyze and structure educational materials, methods of searching for educational and scientific information; they get used to using Internet data uncritically, thoughtlessly, without analyzing. A direct consequence of this "learning" is that by the time of admission to an educational institution of professional education (higher or secondary), the applicant (yesterday's student) does not have a formed information culture as such, does not have the skills to work with educational and scientific text, and correctly formulate links to scientific sources. The Internet inevitably provokes the use of plagiarism. Often you can simply buy capstone essay for money. Making two clicks with the mouse is much easier than reprinting a book. I want to note that applicants are often not motivated to acquire knowledge. I do not want to say that they teach poorly. Not. But the school lacks the creative part. And everything comes from school. It's true. The task of the teacher is to teach to learn, as the ancient philosopher said, the student is not a vessel to be filled, but a torch to be lit.
