Choose the options of File in the Outlook programme on your desktop.
Then, in the Info section, Choose the options of Add Account box.

Similarly, Choose the options of POP or IMAP and enter the button of Next once more.
Now, in the given appropriate text fields, enter your name and your Rackspace account's email address.
Enter the details of server information
Enter the details of login details like email address and password.
Enter the options of more setting for going to the page of Internet E-mail Settings page.
Enter the details of Outgoing server details.
Finally, Enter the button of Next to verify that your account settings are right and that your Rackspace email is correctly synced in Outlook. If all appears to be in order, click the Close button to complete the configuration process.
