I kick-started my consultancy in earnest last year September. It has been a hard slog and the switch from intrapreneur to entrepreneur has been an education to say the least. Whilst my learning curve has been steep, it has been fast-paced, interesting and most of all I can see the growth obtained along the journey.
I started with 4 core service offerings: 1.Corporate Training, 2.Lean Process Engineering, 3.Strategic Road-map design and 4. Program/Change Management. Services 2 & 3, I really want to serve SME's within Sub Saharan Africa (Nigeria & Ghana), with one client in Nigeria that I devised a strategic road-map for along with funding proposals to present to investors. Service 1 is my passion baby and probably where I am investing 70% of my time presently, I have created 4 CPD accredited modules, subscription Stepping Stones and my Mentor Program (37 Inc). Service 4 is my bread and butter as I need to earn some regular income to keep cash flow healthy :)
