How do you hard reset a printer?

Press Setup.

Press the arrow buttons until you navigate to Device settings and then press OK.

Press the arrow buttons until you navigate to Reset setting and then press OK.

Press the arrow buttons until you navigate to Reset all and then press OK.

Select Yes.
