GM plans two more battery factories in the United States.

That would allow four factories to supply batteries for future electric vehicles.In its second-quarter earnings report, General Motors revealed plans for two additional battery plants in the United States on Wednesday.

Bring this automaker's total to four planned sites in the สล็อตxo country. The first is under construction near Lordstown, Ohio, while the second is called Spring Hill, Tennessee.The automaker did not provide details on where the next two factories will land.

But the automaker promised the new plant would create "thousands" of jobs.GM will need these factories. It plans to operate through a joint venture with South Korea's LG Chem called Ultium Cells as the company continues to add EVs to its lineup.

The automaker has 30 new EVs that will be available in North America and China by 2025, but don't expect each of them to be sold here in the United States. Some of these will be exclusive to China and tailored to international riders.
