Week 1 - teaching delegates how to develop a brand strategy using the seven pillars of strategic thinking:

- Stakeholder & Partner Involvement
- Creativity That Drives Sales
- Strategic Planning
Week 2 - providing delegates with the framework to create their own strategy for 2023:
- Strategy Review - individual planning time under the guideance of Kubi Springer
- Mastermind Groups - delegates will be put in smaller groups to work through their ideas
- Q&A - a time for Kubi to give feedback and answer questions
