Kubi Springer is currently the Global Marketing Director for leading global experience agency, Avantgarde. 
 
Her most recent role involves overseeing the brand marketing strategy for the MEAA (Middle East, Africa and Asia) region, whilst leading the brand marketing and digital team at Avantgarde Dubai.

Whilst in this capacity she has worked with brands such FENDI, Charlotte Tilbury, Dune London, Aura Skypool, Gaggenaue and Abu Dhabi Government to name but a few.
